Tickets for Big Heart Big Mind Festival are sold through this website only.

When buying your ticket you agree that you are over 18 years old.

Tickets are non-refundable.

According to Danish “Act on certain consumer agreements § 17 subsection 2 cf. § 9 subsection 2 no. 2a”, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of cancellation.

A refund can only be made in the event of a cancellation of the entire festival.

Big Heart Big Mind Tantra Festival reserves the right to make changes to the programme. No refunds are given in the event of cancellation of individual teachers.

You are welcome to sell your ticket to friends and family.

However there is a legal prohibition against resale for commercial purposes: according to "Act on the resale of tickets for cultural and sports events", it is not allowed to sell and re-sell tickets at a premium in Denmark. This means, among other things, that it is prohibited to resell tickets with profit.

Once exchanged for a wrist band at the festival tickets are strictly personal and cannot be shared with or sold to anyone else.
